Return & Approval Policy
At Aspire Marketing & Designs by Shelley, we take pride in creating custom products and providing high-quality DTF transfers. Because many of our items are made to order, please review our policy below.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
DTF Transfers
All DTF transfer purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Design Approval Process
For custom orders, a design proof will be sent via email for approval before production begins. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, colors, sizing, and placement.
Once the design is approved by the customer, Aspire Marketing & Designs by Shelley will proceed with production based on the approved proof and is not responsible for errors that were approved in the design proof.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
